1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Thinlayer Labs products and services, including thinlayerlabs.com, plugins, SaaS tools, support, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services"). Thinlayer Labs is operated by an individual based in Sweden.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Services

Thinlayer Labs develops and operates software products, including plugins, SaaS applications, and developer tools. A list of current products is available on the homepage.

Some products may include additional product-specific terms. In case of conflict, product-specific terms govern for that product.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

Some Services require account registration. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep credentials secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Plans, Billing, and Subscriptions

Some Services are paid subscriptions. Pricing, plan limits, trial terms, billing intervals, and cancellation details are shown on the relevant product page or checkout flow.

By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge fees according to the selected plan. We may update pricing with reasonable notice, and changes apply prospectively.

Paid customers can manage billing and subscription details through the customer portal link provided in the relevant product dashboard, checkout confirmation, or billing emails.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the services or servers
  • Use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Customer Data and Privacy

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any data you provide to the Services. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property related to Thinlayer Labs and its products are owned by Thinlayer Labs or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Service Availability and Changes

We work to keep Services available and reliable, but availability is not guaranteed. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for security, legal, or operational reasons.

We may release updates, including changes to capabilities, limits, integrations, or user interfaces.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Services if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or create security/legal risk. You may stop using the Services at any time and cancel subscriptions as provided in the product billing flow.

11. Disclaimers

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thinlayer Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the courts of Sweden.
